En Ravelry.com podrás encontrar gran variedad de patrones gratuitos, varios de ellos se ofrecen en más de un idioma.  Debes registrarte en el sitio para acceder a estos patrones, pero el registro es gratuito.   Ravelry reúne a gran cantidad de diseñadores y personas interesadas en labores de punto y ganchillo.  El motor de búsqueda es muy dinámico y fácil de usar.  Algunos patrones pueden ser descargados directamente en el sitio, en otros casos, un link te redirecciona a la página web del diseñador. Punto Misterioso / Mistery Stitch

Recientemente, recibí estas dos fotos, de una amiga de un grupo de crochet al que pertenezco que consultaban si alguien sabía el nombre del punto utilizado en esta colchita y si tenían las instrucciones de cómo realizarlo.... 

Navegando por internet encontré que  la imagen de la mantita celeste pertencía al blog http://lifebabysapatinhos.blogspot.com y luego encontré la versión en verde en un site ruso www.liveinternet.ru/users/tatmel/post204775538/

I recently received these two pictures from a friend in a crochet group I belong to.  She was wondering if anyone new the name and how to of the stitch used in the blanket.   Surfing through the web I found that this image with the white and light blue blanket belonged to http://lifebabysapatinhos.blogspot.com/

and the green and white swatch was featured in a russian site

A primera vista ambos diseños son similares, pero si los miras con detenimiento verás que son dos versiones distintas.  En la manta celeste, las "hojitas"están separadas unas de otras , mientras que en la versión verde las hojitas se "tocan".  Sin embargo, las fotos del "paso a paso" que encontré  eran las mismas en ambas páginas web y no correspondían a ninguna de las dos versiones presentadas en las fotografías.

At first glance, the stitches look the same, but upon closer inspection you'll notice that they are different versions of the same kind of stitch..  In the light blue version, the "leaves" that form the pattern are clearly separated, while in the green version they "touch" each other.  Nevertheless, the "step by step" pictures shown in both websites were the same and did not correspond to either version.

Continuando con la  búsqueda pregunté por el nombre del punto, revisé mis libros y revistas y no encontré información al respecto.... Encontré otro site ruso( http://nadidelieserler.blogspot.com/2010/11/bebek-battaniyesi_27.html ) con una mantita muy colorida hecha en este mismo punto (en la versión de las hojas que se "tocan" entre sí), pero no pude dar ni con el nombre ni con una explicación detallada del punto, así que decidí hacer mi propio paso a paso y un gráfico de cada una de las versiones y denominarlo Punto Misterioso.

Continuing with the search, I made enquiries about the name of the stitch, looked through my books and magazines and found nothing.  I did find another russian site ( nadidelieserler.blogspot.com/2010/11/bebek-battaniyesi_27.html ) featuring a very colorful blanket with the same stitch  (in the "touching" leaves version), but no hint about the name of the stitch, a graph or instructions ... So, I decided to come up with my own "step by step" and graph of both versions, and while I find out the real name I'll call it Mistery Stitch

Pretina a crochet / Crochet Ribbing

Algunas personas me han escrito preguntando sobre la pretina a crochet que utilicé en las últimas chaquetitas. Esta pretina se realiza al borde de la prenda terminada.  Para comenzar, enganchamos la lana al borde del trabajo y levantamos el número de cadenas necesario según el ancho de la pretina que se desee.  En este ejemplo usamos 9.

A few people have made enquiries about the ribbing I used in the last jackets I made.   This ribbing is made once the piece is finished.  To begin, retie yarn at very edge of work and chain according to the ribbing width desired.  For this example we are chaining 9.

CR014 - Bolerito blanco a crochet para bebe con borde en contraste / White crochet bolero for baby with contrasting trim

Me encantó tejer este bolerito blanco... es un modelo sencillo de hacer y se ve muy dulce y romántico.
Se trabaja a partir de un canesú redondo y está hecho todo en hileras de punto alto con un "bobo" de abanicos muy fáciles.  Para darle un toque de color lo terminé con una vuelta en pb en un color contrastante.  La gorrita a juego es tambien toda en punto alto y como toque final le agregue una simple rosa de crochet.

I enjoyed crocheting this little "bolero"... it is very simple and looks cute and romantic.  The pattern is based on a basic round yoke worked in dc with a "ruffle" at the bottom made with shell stitches.  To add a little color I crocheted a sc row in a contrasting color.  The matching beannie is also a basic round pattern with the addition of a crocheted rose in contrasting yarn.

Después de muchos días tengo oportunidad de escribir en el blog.  Esta vez les traigo una capotita (gorrito) para bebé, que hace juego con la Casaquita de Canesú Redondo Básico del post del día 11 de enero del 2011... No había compartido  la receta antes porque regalé el conjunto antes de apuntar la receta de la capota, pero como me la han pedido varias veces, decidí volverla hacer, esta vez, escribiendo las indicaciones que ahora comparo con ustedes.

It's been a while since I last wrote in the blog.  This time I'm bringing to you a baby cap that matches the Basic Round Yoke Baby Jacket I posted on January 11, 2011.  I didn´t share the pattern before, because I donated the set before I had the time to record the pattern for the cap, but since a few of you have requested this particular pattern time and again, I decided to try it out again, this time being careful to write the instructions and share them with you,

Sachets de Lavanda - Gráficos / Graphs for my Lavender Sachets

 Hola!!! Pensé en compartir con ustedes el esquema de mis sachets de lavanda...
El sachet se compone de tres partes:  la base, la tapa y la flor que se cose a la tapa (por lo que debemos dejarle unos centímetros de hilo al terminar de tejerla para luego poder unirla con el mismo hilo a la tapa)
Los símbolos rojos en el esquema marcan el final de cada hilera... Espero se entienda y les sirva.
No puse esquema de la flor porque es una flor simple de ocho pétalos...  en la primera vuelta de pétalos hice 1mp,3pa,1mp para cada pétalo y en la segunda vuelta 1mp, 5pa, 1mp para cada pétalo...
Si tienen alguna problema, no duden en preguntar...

HI! Thought I would share the graphs for my Lavender Sachets...
Each sachet is made up of a base, a top and a flower... the flower is sewn to the top, so leave a tail of a few inches to be able to sew the flower using the same thread.
Red symbols in the graphs indicate the end of each row.
There is no graph for the flower because I simply modified a pattern I found on the internet... for the first row of petals I used 1hdc,3dc,1hdc, and for the second row 1hdc, 5dc, 1hdc....
Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask..

Celeste y blanco para bebé / Light blue and white for baby

Abrigadita chaquetita para recién nacido a dos colores....  Canesú redondo con punto alto cruzado y un punto abrigadito para el faldón.  Está tejida con tres hebras de lana de dralón delgada para invierno y un ganchillo 3.5mm.


Patrón Gratuito Celeste y Blanco para Bebé


Warm newborn baby jacket in two colors...  It is made with three strands of fine dralon yarn (for machine knitting) and a 3.5mm hook. It has  a round yoke with details in crossed dc stitch, and a very close woven stitch for the skirt.

Light Blue and White for Baby - Free Pattern

Chaquetita Blanca Canesú Cuadrado 222 / Square Yoke White Baby Sweater 222

Linda chaquetita de canesú cuadrado básico.  Se puede adaptar a cualquier tamaño.  Se empieza con un número par de cadenas que sea apropiado a la circunferencia del  cuellito.

Puntos utilizados:
cad - cadeneta
pa - punto alto
Aumento 222 - 2pa, 2cad y 2pa tejidos en el mismo pto. de base.
Punto V - 1pa,1 cad, 1 pa tejidos en el mismo pto. de base.
Punto Conchita - 2 pa tejidos en el mismo pto de base

 En este caso, para una chambrita talla 3 meses, tejiendo con lana bebe y gancho 3.75 comencé con 58 cad + 3cad para volver.

This is another square yoke baby jacket I've designed....  for a 3 month old baby, I used baby weight yarn, and a 3.75 mm hook (aprox US D).
It is a very basic "square" yoke, achieved by making the corners on a 222 basis (meaning 2dc,2ch,2dc in the same space to make the increases that form the corners)

Manta celeste con detalles blancos / Light blue blanket with white accents

• Continuando con las mantas simples, esta nueva manta está hecha de una sola pieza con lana celeste.  Monté 90 puntos con lana gruesa y gancho US size I  ó 5 mm y tejí una combinación de vueltas así:  
• vuelta de punto bajo, 
• vuelta de punto X, 
• vuelta de punto bajo, 
• otra vuelta de punto X, 
• vuelta de punto bajo, 
• vuelta de punto entero, 
• vuelta de 2 puntos bajos y 1 punto "bolita" de 4 lazadas, 
• vuelta de punto bajo, 
• vuelta de punto entero, 
• vuelta de punto bajo 

Volver a comenzar  la secuencia y repetirla hasta obtener el largo deseado.  Luego comenzamos con los acentos en blanco.  Tejí una hilera de punto bajo sobrepuesto entre cada "franja" creada con la repetición de la serie de vueltas (entre las dos vueltas de punto bajo que se generan entre una franja y la otra)Finalmente hice una vuelta de punto bajo a todo el rededor de la manta y luego una vuelta de punto cangrejo.

Continuing with my simple baby blankets, here is one crocheted in one piece with ligth blue DK yarn and a US Size I crochet hook.  I started with a 90ch, and continued stitiching a combination of the following rows:

• row in sc
• row in X stitch
• rox in sc
• row in X stitch
• row in dc
• row combining 2sc and a 4 loop "puff" stitch
• row in sc
• row in dc
• row in sc

Start with the series of rows again and again until desired length is achieved.

Finally begin with the white accents by stitching a row of white sc between the 2 sc crochet rows separating the series.  Stitch a row of sc around the blanket, followed by a row of "backstitch".

Your blanket is finished!!  Hope you enjoy making it!!

Manta Rápida / Quick Baby Blanket

Una manta pequeña, fácil y rápida de tejer, perfecta para el cochecito del bebe. Está hecha con lana D' Primera Angel (de la marca Coats) y trabajada con un ganchillo de 7.00 mm
Medidas aprox. manta terminada:  77 x 95 cms.
Puntos empleados:
pa - punto alto
cad - cadena
abanicos - 3 pa en el mismo punto base
pto V. - 1pa,1cad,1pa en el mismo punto base
punto X - Saltar un pto, trabajar pa en el sig. pto, trabajar pa en el pto que acabamos de saltar

Montamos una cadena base (yo trabajé sobre 81 cadenas)

• Trabajamos 1pa, 1cad, 1en la 5a cad. a partir del ganchillo, *saltamos 2 cad base y trabajamos nuevamente 1pa, 1cad., 1 pa en la sig. cad., repetimos desde * hasta terminar la vuelta con 1 pa.  Levantar 3 cad. y volver.
• Trabajar *3 pa en el primer espacio de cad., trabajar 1pa, 1cad, 1pa, en el sig. espacio de cad., repetir la secuencia hasta terminar la hilera con pa.  Levantar 3 cad volver.
• Repetir la vuelta anterior trabajando los abanicos (3pa) sobre cada espacio de cad. de la vuelta anterior, y los ptos V (1pa,cad,1pa), sobre el pa central de cada abanico de la vuelta anterior.  Levantar 3 cad., volver.  Continuar trabajando todas las vueltas de la misma manera hasta obtener el largo deseado.

Bordes

• Para trabajar los bordes hice una vuelta de medio punto a todo el rededor de la manta, trabajando 3 mp en cada esquina.
• Trabajar una vuelta en punto X ( Saltar un pto, trabajar pa en el sig. pto, trabajar pa en el pto que acabamos de saltar)  Al llegar a las esquinas trabajar 3 punto X .
• Trabajar arcos de 5 cad y 1pb entre cada punto X de la vuelta anterior.
• *Trabajar abanicos de 4 pa un arco de cad., trabajar 1pb en el sig. arco.  Repetir desde * hasta llegar a la esquina.  En la esquina trabajar un abanico de 7 pa.  Continuar la secuencia hasta terminar la vuelta. Rematar.

ENGLISH VERSION

A small blanket, easy and quick to crochet,  it is ideal for the stroller.   Crocheted with 4 ply yarn and a 6.00  or 7.mm  crochet hook  (US Size J/10 or slightly larger)

Aprox. measurements:  77 x 95 cms  (30 x 37 inches)

Stitches used:

dc – double crochet

ch – chain

fan – 3 dc in same st

V stitch – 1dc,1ch,1dc in same st

X  stitch – Skip a st., work a dc in next st., go back to sk st and work another dc

Work a base chain (I made 81)

• Work a V st on the 5^th ch from hook. Sk 2 ch and work another V st, continue in this manner till end of row.  Work 1dc in last st. Chain 3 and turn.
• Work a fan (3 dc) in the first ch space., work a V stitch (1dc,1ch,1dc) in the next ch space. Follow this sequence to end of row.  Chain 3, turn.
• Repeat previous row, working fan stitches over ch spaces, and V stitches over central stitch of fans from previous row.   Chain 3, turn.
• Continue working as in last row till desired length is achieved.

Edging

• Fort he edging I worked a row of hdc all around the blanket, working 3 hdc in each corner. Ch 3.
• Work next row in X stitch.  Work 3 X stitches very closely in each corner (do not skip stitches as you normally would for the second and third X st you’ll work in the corners)
• Work a row of 5ch arches, anchoring each with a sc between X sts.  from the previous row.
• *Work 4 dc fans in first arch., 1 sc in next arch.  Repeat from * till corner.  Work a 7dc fan in each corner.  Continue sequence to end row.  Fasten off.  Cut thread.  Hide ends.  Enjoy!!!.
